Prioritization of Segments
First Target: Contaminated and Harmful Roofs
“Our first goal is the 100,000 square meters of roofs that are contaminated and harmful to health, such as those made of uralita, fibrocement, and asbestos. These materials are not only dangerous, but also subsidized for replacement, which makes this a key opportunity with high impact and benefit.”
Second Target: New Construction
“Our second goal is new residential homes and commercial, industrial, and public buildings. Here, we work closely with architects and engineers to integrate our intelligent roofing solutions from the design phase, ensuring that every new construction is sustainable and energy-efficient from the start.”
Third Target: Existing Buildings
“Finally, our third goal is already built homes and buildings. We are bringing the transformation of common roofs into intelligent roofs to existing homes and businesses, enabling them to generate their own energy, save on costs and contribute to a greener future.”
Solar Flex Square Meter Scaling Table.
How will these margins impact growth?
1. Increased Net Margin
  • Year 1: 30% Net Margin
  • Net Income: 4,550,000 €
  • Net Margin: 1,050,000 €
  • In the first year, the 30% net margin will allow the company to generate 1.05 million euros in profits, which can be reinvested…
Year 2: 35% Net Margin
  • Net Income: 6,812,500 €
  • Net Margin: 1,837,500 €
  • The net margin increases to 35%, generating almost 1.84 million euros in profits, allowing faster growth. As the company expands its presence and reduces variable costs, it will have more financial flexibility to invest in international markets or new product lines.
Year 3: 40% Net Margin
  • Net Income: 9,800,000 €
  • Net Margin: 2,800,000 €
  • In the third year, with a net margin of 40%, the company will generate 2.8 million euros in profits. This growth reflects an increase in operational efficiency and better economies of scale. These higher margins will allow Solar Flex to expand its production capacity, explore strategic alliances or innovate in products, further accelerating growth.
